📖The Rotary Club continued its annual tradition of donating dictionaries to local 4th-grade students, with members Simon Kempworth, Sabrina Gaeta, and Laura Gruenewald visiting the LaSalle Campus to distribute the books and speak with the class. 📖
This community initiative aims to encourage a love for reading and support students in their educational journey.✏️🌟

Are you feeling lucky? 🍀

Test that luck at the second annual ASCA Trivia Night! 🧠✨

Mark your calendars for Saturday, March 6th, 2027 for the Luck of the Irish Trivia Night! 📅💚

Gather your smartest friends, brush up on your trivia, and get ready for a night of fun, friends, and a pinch of Irish. 🏆

Glow big or go home! 🌟 Last week, 3rd grade in LaSalle swapped out standard classroom lights for black lights, neon decorations, and neon writing utensils to celebrate "Glow Day!" Who knew practicing math and reading under the neon lights would be this cool! 📚🔦💡 #GlowDay #GoMiracles #SaintCarloAcutis

Throughout the month of October ASCA celebrated "Socktober"🧦🎃 Our goal was to collect and donate as many socks as possible to those in need... and our school community blew us away! We are excited to announce the grand total of socks gathered is 2,124 pairs of socks!🧦🥇🎉 A big thank you goes out to our whole ASCA community for helping us make a difference in our community! ❤️

We honor and remember all the souls who have passed before us and especially our loved ones who we offered Mass for this morning. As we commemorate All Souls Day, let us keep all who have faithfully departed in our prayers.

Congratulations to our pumpkin contest winners! Such amazing effort put into these!🎃🥇 Thank you to all who submitted pumpkins. It was really hard to pick winners!🎃🎉

🎃 Our LaSalle preschoolers are officially ready for Halloween! 👻

The first week of October started with an awesome trip to the local library again, where the kids listened to a sweet story about a pumpkin patch and then got creative making their very own patches. 🍁

This week, those patches came to life! The kiddos got hands-on and carved their very own pumpkins. From gooey scoops to big smiles, they had a blast getting ready for Halloween! 🍂🎨

Have a happy Halloween tomorrow and stay safe!

3rd grade went on a Pumpkin Patch Math Field Trip without ever leaving the classroom!

Students practiced budgeting, adding up purchases and making change while planning their own pumpkin patch adventure. Learning math has never been so much fun!🎃🍂

Earlier this month, our preschool and kindergarten from both campuses had an amazing time on their field trip to Boggios Orchard! 🌽🎃🚜

Our little learners got right into the fall spirit with wagon rides, pumpkin picking, and many other fun fall activities! We love seeing all our kids smiling and making memories with friends outside the classroom too! 🍂🍁

Our little scientists wanted to find out what their Halloween candy corn dissolves in.

They tested water, vinegar, salt water and baking soda!

They were intrigued by the results and challenge you to try at home!

Last week our priests were on retreat Tuesday to Wednesday.

Instead of Mass our 4th graders at LaSalle lead a school Rosary!

We are so grateful for their prayfulness!

Who says fire drills have to be boring?

ASCA gets exclusive VIP looks at our community firetrucks when we have our drills!

A huge thank you goes out to all first responders who keep our communities safe!

🐾🐕Saint Carlo loved his dog, Briciola!🐕🐾
With the feast of Saint Francis coming up, we want to bless all pets around our ASCA community.
Make sure to bring your pets to dismissal tomorrow where Fr. Carlson, Fr. JohnPaul, or Fr. Blake will be ready to bless them!

☔️Don’t let the rainy day get you down!☔️ Look toward our bright ASCA Sunflower Fields 🌻
Mrs. Kasprowicz has art classes in all 3 campuses. Each student painted their own sunflower and put them all together to create a beautiful sunflower field! We hope it spreads some joy and light to your day!

🚴🚴‍♂️🚴Priests Pedaling for Prayers is underway!
This morning Fr. Nick Conner, Fr. Ben Schoonmaker, and our very own Fr. JohnPaul Stedwill started their journey around the schools of the Diocese of Peoria. They started off by visiting all 3 of our ASCA campuses!⭐️
⚡️🚲They brought the energy this morning by biking right into our gyms, getting our students thrilled about vocations and the power of prayer!🙏🏼
Please keep the priests and any priests joining them in your prayers as they bike around the Diocese!
Saint Carlo Acutis, pray for us!
